How can I Help?
Starting therapy can feel intimidating or overwhelming, which is why I place a strong emphasis on creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment. Feeling secure is an essential part of the therapeutic process, and there is no rush or fixed timeline—therapy moves at your pace.
My Specialties
I often work with clients who are experiencing relationship distress, communication difficulties, life transitions, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. I believe meaningful change happens through collaboration, and therapy is something we do together.
I take an integrative approach to therapy and draw from multiple modalities to best fit each client’s needs. My work is informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and Narrative Therapy, all grounded in Attachment Theory.
A Little about Me
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my two cats, Milo and Sasha, being outdoors, playing pickleball, spending time with family, and relaxing with a good TV show.
