My Specialties
A Little about Me
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and staying active through rock climbing and strength training. I value maintaining a healthy work-life balance and believe that taking time to recharge allows me to be more present for others. I also enjoy learning new skills and continually growing both personally and professionally.
