About Larissa
Hi there — I’m really glad you’re here. Deciding you want something better for yourself? That’s a big deal and you deserve it! I know reaching out for support can feel overwhelming or uncertain, and I want you to know: you already demonstrated courage by being here. Give yourself some credit.
My goal as your therapist is to create a caring, safe, and meaningful space where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported throughout your healing journey.
I work collaboratively with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating challenges like divorce and life transitions, as well as related concerns such as anxiety, identity shifts, self-esteem struggles, and adjusting to change.
I believe therapy is most effective when it feels human — not scripted or clinical — and when we meet you where you are in your life.

How can I Help?
My Specialties
My path into counseling was shaped by a desire to better understand mental health and to be someone others can feel safe opening up to. I bring warmth, curiosity, and genuine care to every session, and I strive to make therapy feel approachable, supportive, and deeply personal. I know how important it is to have someone in your corner.
I integrate evidence-based tools and approaches, including Mindfulness, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that is tailored to your needs. I’ll work with you to build practical coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and gain confidence in navigating life’s transitions.
A Little about Me
Outside of the therapy room, Im enjoying good food and spending time with the people who keep me grounded and laughing. Its how I recharge to be available for those that I serve.
I’m here to support you — not judge you. If you’re ready to explore what healing and change can look like for your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
