Seeking and researching therapy for yourself or a loved one is an amazing first step. It can be overwhelming deciding the therapist to share and trust your struggles, pain, and self-growth with. I am glad you made it this far.

How can I Help?
I have experience working in a variety of settings, including inpatient and outpatient mental health hospitals, schools, and private practice. I use a variety of treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and various Trauma and Grief-informed approaches. I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for clients to explore their life experiences, increase self-awareness, and improve their well-being.
My Specialties
Grief work will be uniquely individualistic with each client based on their experience. When approaching grief work, I use grief-informed approaches at the client’s pace to facilitate reducing distress, integrating the loss into your life story, and exploring the reconstruction of your new normal. Grief is an overwhelming experience and terrifying to share with someone. I focus on creating an open space where all aspects of grief and be safely explored and shared.
I have a passion for working with teens and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other life stressors. Assisting young adults in confidently exploring their identity, facing new challenges, and transitioning to a new era of their lives.
When working with couples, I use attachment-informed approaches to help couples establish connection, increase intimacy and increase healthy communication skills.
A Little about Me
I am a proud congenital heart disease warrior and part of the exclusive pacemaker club! I would describe myself as flexible, realistic, and fun. In my off time, I am either spending time with family, reading a fantasy book, or pretending to have a green thumb.
I look forward to meeting you!
