Do you feel like your drinking or drug use has gotten out of control?
Have you tried to cut back or quit drinking and were not successful?
Have your loved ones expressed concern regarding the amount you drink or use?
Have you regretted behaviors that occurred when you were drinking or using?
If any of these are relatable to you, you are not alone, and we can help!
Our therapists provide a non-judgmental, harm reduction approach to substance use counseling. We use our knowledge of chemical dependency treatment and evidence-based therapeutic techniques while considering the client’s individual needs and readiness to make changes. In some cases the goal is achieving total sobriety from substances, and in others it may mean managing use, while learning healthier ways to cope with stress and emotional disturbance.
If more intensive treatment than individual, outpatient counseling is needed, we can assist in an appropriate referral.
