Supervised by Melissa Barton, MA, LPC-S
Hi! I have experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, family/relationship conflicts, difficult life transitions, academic/career difficulties, and substance issues.
I have worked extensively with children in individual and group settings, regarding trauma, behavioral issues, struggles in school, family and peer conflict, self-esteem, mood disorders and anxiety.
I believe therapy can give way for individuals to experience healing and self-growth, and I work to establish a valuable, meaningful relationship with my clients that is open, warm, and supportive. The therapeutic relationship is a partnership that will be built on trust and respect. I deeply value and respect individual diversity and seek to build strong relationships with my clients where they feel safe to be their authentic self.
