Hey there! Is your relationship feeling a little… flatlined? Maybe the spark needs a jumpstart? As a certified sex therapist and seasoned couples therapist, I’m here to help!

Let’s face it, life can get messy and busy. Whether you’re navigating individual challenges like depression or anxiety, or facing roadblocks in your relationship – communication breakdowns, infidelity, or a dip in intimacy – I’ve got the experience and training to guide you through it. My years as a couples therapist have equipped me to handle the complexities of partnerships, while my training as a certified sex therapist allows us to delve deeper into the physical and emotional aspects of intimacy.

A Little about Me

I am married with 2 sons that are about 10 years apart (talk about starting over!). If I am not with the family, you can catch me antiquing, probably reading a good book, or listening to a crime junkies podcast. I like to bake (and eat) sweets and I love my fur babies. Well all animals for that matter, but especially mine.

Please note: We are not in network with any insurance providers. We can provide you with a SuperBill that you can submit for reimbursement per your insurance plan. We do offer free 15-minute phone consultations upon request prior to booking an appointment; however, this service is separate from the appointment booking process.  You can book a free 15-minute phone consultation on the therapists individual pages or by submitting this form.

RATES:

Master’s Level Practicum Students: 

Intake: $50

Sessions (after intake): $40

Associate Level Therapists

Intake: $135

Individual sessions (after intake): $115

Couple/Family sessions (after intake): $125

Fully Licensed Therapists:

Intake: $195-$200

Individual sessions (after intake): $155-$180

Couple/Family sessions (after intake): $165-$190
