Hourly Rates and Insurance

Sessions are 45-50 Minutes

Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) 

  • Intake: $195
  • Individual sessions after intake $165-155
  • Family or Couples sessions after intake $175-165 

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC Associate)

  • Intake $135
  • Individual sessions after intake $115
  • Family or Couples sessions after intake $125 

Master’s Level Practicum Student

  • Intake $50
  • All sessions after intake $40

Insurance:

The therapists at The Counseling Center at Cinco Ranch are out-of-network with all insurance companies. 

We can provide clients with a "SuperBill" to submit to insurance for reimbursement. 

Once an insurance company receives a "SuperBill," it is up to the insurance company as to whether or not they will reimburse the client fully, partially, or at all.

**Please note that we do not complete any paperwork for insurance submission.

Payment:

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover, or cash as accepted payment methods. 

We also accept HSA cards but do require another credit card to be on file. 

Checks are not accepted at this time. 

Payment is expected at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. 

No-shows and sessions not canceled within 48 hours will be charged the full session price. Click here to be directed to our contact information.

Monday Cancellation Policy:

All Monday appointments must be canceled by the Thursday before 5:00 pm to avoid a late cancellation charge.
