    Everyone, including children, have habits that make anxiety worse—for example, staying up late one night to finish a movie or skipping a meal because we lost track of time in the day. Those examples might have little to no effect at first, but once they become habits, they have significant consequences on your body. Unhealthy habits can increase stress levels in the body and cause chemical imbalances making anxiety worsen. Anxiety can quickly spiral out of control for anyone, especially in children, when paired with unhealthy habits.

    Anxiety can present itself in multiple ways in children. Each child’s experience with anxiety is different, and so are the symptoms. Anxiety’s common physical symptoms are shaking/trembling, increased heart rate, stomach pains, rapid breathing, and headaches. Mood-related anxiety symptoms are feeling irritable, tired, and an overall sense of panic or fear.

    What Are Some Common Habits That Make Anxiety Worse in Children?

    1. Not Drinking Enough Water

    Dehydration causes increased cortisol levels, the stress hormone, throughout the body. Prolonged levels of cortisol in the body can mimic symptoms of anxiety. High Cortisol levels cause fatigue, increase irritability, and make it difficult to concentrate.

    2. Skipping Meals

    Healthy blood sugar levels are essential to mood stabilization. Like adults, when children skip meals, there is an increased chance of their blood sugar levels dropping. In addition, low blood sugar levels cause irritability, dizziness, shaking, and increased heart rate.

    3. Lack of Sleep

    Lack of sleep affects children the same way it affects adults. Not getting enough sleep causes irritability, moodiness, and decreased concentration. All these symptoms are common when discussing anxiety.

    Why is it Important to Identify Anxious Habits?

    These habits and many others make anxiety worse by exaggerating the symptoms commonly related to anxiety. The child’s window of stress tolerance will get smaller. This leads children to feel higher levels of stress and nervousness. Therefore, the child is more likely to act out, show unwanted behaviors, and experience anxiety.

    While the term is not widely known, a “gray divorce” is far more common than people realize. In 2012, researchers at Bowling Green State University coined the phrase after the phenomenon of people that were married for a long time that divorced. The researchers found that the divorce rate in the United States had doubled in the past two decades and has more than doubled for couples over 65. They dubbed this phenomenon the “gray divorce revolution”.  The phenomenon of gray divorce is not isolated to the United States. That is to say, it is affecting all nationalities and cultures.

    Factors That Attribute to the Phenomenon:

    There are many factors that contribute to the rise of late-life divorce. Women are considered to be better suited to live independently because of increased job opportunities. Secondly, due to the increasing availability of the internet, there is ample opportunity to explore other options. Whatever the reasons for the increase among boomers, there is an unintentional consequence in how it affects adult children.

    Emotional Issues of Adult Children of Gray Divorce

    The primary question is do these divorces cause emotional issues for their children? The parents of gray divorces have done their job, so what is the big deal when a divorce happens? Many couples feel they have earned the right to live life on their terms, and they are correct to a certain degree. However, as is familiar with any action, there are unintentional consequences.

    Grief is a common emotion, and some (adult) children will suffer psychological issues. As a result, they develop trust and relational issues with others. It skews personal identity and changes the parent-child relationship dynamic. When adult children learn of their parent’s divorce, they may go through the same stages of grief as if they’d lost a loved one.

    Divorce Makes Them Question the Reality of Their Lives

    Adult children of divorce tend to question everything in their lives. Therefore, they often doubt themselves and their relationships.     Trust Issues with Self and Others After Trauma:

    Difficulty Trusting Self

    What is often not recognized after trauma is that survivors lose trust in themselves. The survivor blames themselves for some part of the trauma. Examples of this self-blame can be – being in the wrong place at the wrong time, choosing to go on that date, not screaming enough, taking the left turn at the intersection instead of a right turn, and the list goes on and on. This self-blame, while illogical, is still an expected result of trauma and must be addressed in trauma treatment.

    There is a fear that if they are ever in a repeat scenario of their traumatic event, they do not trust themselves to make the ‘right’ decision to protect themselves. This self-blame results in the survivor losing trust in their ability to make decisions. This can be small decisions on what to eat for dinner or bigger decisions like what car to buy.

    Difficulty Trusting Others

    After experiencing a trauma, it is hard to trust the intentions and actions of others. Someone has likely shown you that they are not safe to be trusted even if they were in a position to be trusted. This could be when a person is abused by a family member or friend, a person of authority, or a romantic partner. No matter the exact position, you felt you could be safe with someone and were not. Now you will not allow yourself to go through something like that again, even if that means you view everyone as a potential threat. You may even consider the world as a whole more negatively.

    Every time you meet a new person, you assume they are lying or have evil intentions. For every fresh start, you develop an exit strategy. If you start a new job, you already have a resume ready if you do not like it and want to leave. If you create a new relationship, you are starting off preparing for the end of it. When you are walking through a parking lot, you have your keys ready, you are scanning the surroundings, you have a weapon of some sort handy, and someone you trust knows where you are. Some people may argue that they are ‘just being safe.’ No, this is much more damaging and exaggerated than simply being cautious.

    Rebuilding Trust After Trauma:

    Now that we understand more of how we struggle with trust after trauma, how do we rebuild it?

    Trust with Small Steps

    Specifically, with learning to trust yourself and others, take it slow. Trust yourself to follow through on your promise that you will do a load of laundry today. Trust another person with their pledge to take out the trash. Over time, as these smaller promises are fulfilled and trust is proven, then larger promises can be made.

    Making Mistakes Can Still Build Trust

    Everyone makes mistakes. If you promise yourself that you will do the dishes and you do not do them, do not allow this to be a big deal. If you ask your partner to take out the trash and they do not do it, ask yourself if we can give them grace that they are human. Talk to them about how you felt when they did not do the task and allow them to explain what happened on their end. Chances are it was a mistake. Keep in mind the intention behind a person’s actions. It is more than likely that you or someone else forgot to do the task than they do not care.

    5 Common Misconceptions about Eating Disorders

    As Common as Eating Disorders Are, They Can Seem Difficult to Understand

    Even those suffering from eating disorders can feel confused about how to view their difficulties. To further complicate matters, things that happen in our brains when we ignore our nutritional needs make it extremely difficult to see reality and the dangers eating disorders present. Genetics and personal differences play a role, as well. The human body has evolved ingenious ways to survive, even under dire starvation conditions. These survival abilities kick in to keep us alive but can make seeing the damage of an eating disorder difficult. When subjected to starvation, some bodies will show symptoms immediately; others will not. But that doesn’t mean that damage to internal organs, vital systems, and bone integrity is not happening. In all eating disorders, returning to standard eating patterns is essential for recovery, usually with the support of a doctor, dietitian, or a therapist experienced in eating disorders.

    5 Misconceptions About Eating Disorders:

    1. You Can Tell if Someone Has an Eating Disorder By How They Look

    We may believe that severe eating disorders look one way – thin, skeletal, sick. Many people struggle for a long time because most people around them, including well-meaning medical practitioners who do not specialize in eating disorders, don’t recognize the dangers. Any period of restrictive calorie intake will send the body into a conservation mode where the body will ‘steal’ nutrients from bones, cells, and muscles. In conservation mode, the brain lacks the glucose it needs to think clearly. But for some, this conservation mode will look like rapid weight loss. For others, they may hover at decreased weight but seem ‘normal.’ Our bodies can hold onto weight and not seem to lose much. Professionals with experience with eating disorders know the often missed signs and symptoms.

    2. Only Extremely Underweight People Need Treatment

    While lower body weight individuals may face more significant risks, anyone restricting calories, purging, or eating erratically is a valid candidate for treatment. While some will require more intensive treatment settings, all these eating-disordered behaviors are taking a dangerous toll on the body. Mental health and relationships will also suffer. The sooner an eating disorder is addressed, the better.

    3. Complementing Appearance Will Help Someone to ‘Get Over’ the Eating Disorder

    Despite good intentions behind most compliments, people struggling with eating disorders don’t need them and usually don’t enjoy them. Telling someone they” ‘look better or healthier” can trigger worries over how much focus others place on physical appearance. This worry can drive the individual to be more concerned with appearance and manage by controlling their body and food intake. Additionally, many people with eating disorders describe incidents early in their condition when someone complimented weight loss (“You’ve lost weight”), spurring them further into a disordered eating pattern.

    4. If You Have a Regular Period/Menstrual Cycle, Your Eating Disorder is Not Severe

    As mentioned above, bodies will deal with the effects of starvation in different ways. Some people will lose their period soon after starting a restrictive diet. Others can keep having a cycle even at dangerously low body weights. Birth control pills are also a consideration as these can make the body bleed monthly, but that does not mean the body is healthy. Some people are even prescribed birth control pills by doctors trying to restart a lost period. Although there may be a monthly bleed, this is not a result of hormonal balance and is not a solution. The body has stopped menstruating to conserve valuable energy. The body is wise enough to sense that this time of starvation is not the best to raise a child. Restoring nutrition is the only way to bring the hormonal and reproductive system back online.

    5. If My Doctor Says My Blood Work is Fine, My Eating Disorder is Not That Bad

    A standard blood workup at your usual general practitioner can provide a false sense of security unless your doctor has eating disorder expertise. Doctors will not look for some things and may misinterpret other symptoms unless the physician knows how starvation and purging can show up in tests. One damaging effect of eating disorders that are often not checked and can be irreversible is the damage to bones. The body ‘steals’ nutrients from the bones and halts any repair to bone cells to conserve energy. Yet, many people, particularly boys and men with eating disorders, are routinely not screened and sent away from their doctor with the belief that they are fine.

    Eating disorders can be dangerous and potentially deadly. So, if you identify with any of these, reach out for help.     Confidence Building for Kids

    Having self-confidence as a kid can be tricky! Remember back when you were a kid. Did you experience a situation where another classmate was mean to you? Or remember the old saying of sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never hurt me…..really? Words can hurt significantly if a child listens to the mean comments and starts to believe them. This blog will go over how you, as a parent, can help your child build confidence.

    Daily affirmations have become more popular over the years. But, let us start with defining what a daily affirmation is. It is a statement that someone can say to themselves. It can be helpful for a person to feel better about themselves.  Additionally, it can help that person learn how to use positive self-talk. Think of positive self-talk and daily affirmations as a hopeful and “good” expression about yourself TO yourself. See an example below:

    Teaching your children to say nice things to themselves early will help grow that confidence. They learn how to make eye contact, explore their facial expressions, get experience with direct conversations, and most importantly, how to say nice things to themselves. I know it can seem silly, but telling the affirmations in the mirror is helpful. Depending on their age, you can create these affirmations, work together to make them, or check the link below to see some printable cards for your kids.

    Demonstrate Healthy Confidence

    As parents, we have one of the biggest influences on our child’s life. We can demonstrate or model a specific behavior. Many child therapists agree that children learn by seeing. To help your child grow their confidence, you can show them how. You can model behavior by celebrating a victory in front of them. For example, if you got the promotion you have been working hard to get, do a happy dance and have them join in. Furthermore, if your child has been struggling with school and does well, have them choose (within reason) how to celebrate.

    Another way you can model having healthy confidence is using a positive affirmation when you are not feeling your best. I know I am worthy of love.” Or if someone blames you for something you had no control over, say, “I tried my best.” Showing your child how to react when others are not nice can show them how to respond if they experience the same thing.

    Reflecting on Our Actions

    Now, I know it is easy for me to sit here and say, “oh, just say or do this.” I realize that it can be hard not to react. I completely get it. Emotions, right!?! Even if you respond in a not-so-great way, it is ok. You have the opportunity to have another conversation with your child when you are calm. And then you can both practice what could be a better response. This will help your child learn how to reflect on their behaviors and actions to find ways to improve.

    Reflecting on the action shows your child that they can make mistakes. Also, it allows your child to see what actions they can take. And you are there to help them critically think. Most kids under twelve do not have analytical thinking completely working. You can step in, help them think through the options, and find which action is best for them.

    Trying New Things

    I understand that sometimes the best option might be something new. As the parent, you can feed their confidence by saying they can do it. Moreover, you can practice or try new things with them.

    For instance, if you reflect and the new action is talking to someone new. You can set up their stuffed toy animals and practice how to introduce themselves. This might feel silly, but it can be a helpful teaching aid with your children, create a fun memory, and teach them to come to you with difficult situations.

    How can positive thinking impact your life? I once heard the phrase, “Change your thinking, change your life.” But is it that simple? Many people don’t realize the power of their thoughts. These thoughts can shape our lives by influencing our behavior in how we think. Positive thinking does not mean ignoring or avoiding difficult areas in life. Instead, it focuses on the positive, making the best of a challenging situation, and seeing others and yourself in a good light.  

    Why should we care about practicing positivity in our thought life? Will it make a difference in my life? Positive thinking has many benefits. These include better management of stress in one’s life, better coping skills in stressful situations, enhanced psychological health, better immunity to illness, better physical health, longer life, lower feelings of depression, and better cardiovascular health.  

    How to Practicing Positive Thinking in Your Own Life:

    1. Awareness

    It can be difficult at first to change your thoughts. Start aware of the ideas that run through your head each day. Do you think things such as I can do complex things? I may have made a mistake, but I tried my best and learned for next time. I am good enough. Or do you find your thoughts lean more towards beliefs like, I can’t believe I did that? I am so stupid. Why can’t I do anything right? If you have negative thoughts, stop your negative thought pattern and change those thoughts to more positive ones.

    2. Create a Gratitude Journal

    Try writing in a gratitude journal. It is easier to stay positive by being aware of the positives in your life. I encourage people to try and think of three things each day that they are thankful for. Experiencing grateful thoughts helps people feel more positively.  

    3. Practice Positive Thoughts

    Practice positive thoughts in the way you talk to yourself. Positive self-talk impacts how we view ourselves and allows us to handle stress better. Think of it as if you are talking to a good friend. Would you ever tell a friend they are so stupid? No! So don’t speak that way to yourself.  

    4. Balance Positive Thinking with Realistic Expectations

    It is essential to balance positive thinking with realistic expectations. For example, someone may have dreams of being a famous YouTube star as they begin to post videos. If that person expects instant and high success, they will likely be very disappointed. Few people can make a living by posting videos; it takes time and effort. In some cases, people have taken positive thinking too far by refusing to change their mindset no matter how dire or upsetting the situation is. This kind of mindset leads to one not being able to be and experience authentic feelings and emotions. It also can put a lot of pressure on a person always to be happy, and they can experience shame or guilt if they are not always able to maintain a positive outlook. Bottom line: practice positive thinking with realistic expectations so you can be successful.

    Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for Anxiety

    Have you heard of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for treating Anxiety? Have you tried just about anything to help you stop the anxious thoughts? Does challenging your anxious thoughts to seem like an uphill battle? Sometimes clients say that even though they know that there is almost zero chance that the things they worry about will come true, it is not enough to stop them from worrying. Anxiety is often irrational, and ACT can be a radically different way to stop the overwhelm.

    What is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)?

    Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) was created by Dr. Steven C. Hayes (learn more about ACT here.)

    It is a form of therapy that emphasizes being open to the experience (i.e., depression, anxiety, worry, fear, etc.) without pushing it away. Instead of arguing with our thoughts, we learn to develop a different relationship with them, one based on acceptance. So rather than the traditional methods you may have tried before, such as rationalizing your thoughts or changing them, we work on allowing them to be there while focusing our energy on things we can control. 

    With ACT, we “actively and willingly receive our thoughts, emotions, and histories” instead of pushing back on thoughts, which sometimes can strengthen their power over us.

    How To Get Started:

    Imagine that you have a stressful upcoming event, such as planning a party. What might an ACT-based approach look like?

    Practice the art of diffusion. Diffusion is thinking of thoughts and feelings outside ourselves, like passing sensations or irrational messages outside us. We may notice our negative thoughts saying, “The party will be a total failure.” Such a negative thought is about how things could go or what may or may not happen. This awareness changes our relationship to the ideas we have. It could also help to write your thoughts down. When you write things down, it gives you a physical distance from your thoughts. The goal of distancing or diffusion is to realize that you are not your thoughts. Your mind, or “the thought machine,” creates many different positive and negative thoughts daily. 

    Step 2: Accepting

    Accepting a particular situation, a personality trait, an overwhelming emotion, or an uncomfortable sensation within ourselves allows us to move passed obsessing, worrying, and ruminating. Usually, we get stuck if we try to stop thoughts from occurring, minimize them, block them out, or ask why certain events, feelings, or situations keep arising. 

    Instead, allow your thinking to be flexible. Notice any thoughts that you have that appear to be helpful. Maybe you can think, “my party doesn’t have to be perfect,” or “I have hosted some great parties before.” Instead of policing our anxious thoughts, we can allow them to take some space in our minds but focus our attention on what is most important.

    Think of a car analogy. When you try to rationalize or eliminate your thoughts, you kick them out of the metaphorical car. With ACT, however, you are taking control of the wheel. The anxious thoughts may arise, but they are not our focus. They are simply there in the back seat and can stay there, but we can choose if we decide to focus on them or enjoy the ride.

    How to Get Organized For Back To School

    Do you struggle with getting organized for back to school? Does going back to school or college seem overwhelming? Do you struggle to stay organized and have a hard time finishing tasks? Clutter can leave you drained.

    Being organized is a skill that is developed through healthy habits. However, the most important thing to keep in mind when organizing your environment is effort and commitment. Read below for ways to get rid of the overwhelm and organize your space.

    How to Get Organized For Back To School:

    Helpful Tips to Get Started:

    First and foremost, start with a clean slate. Clean off your desk and begin to add items that you actually use. Same with your closet or any other area in your room. Having fewer things means you will enjoy the things you own. Donate, sell, or recycle items that are no longer serving you.

    Also, when studying or doing any task that requires concentration keep your desk clean and clutter-free. Keep only the assignment or task on your desk you are currently working on to stay focused and avoid feeling overwhelmed.

    Third, label makers are great tools that can help you organize binders or different drawers in your dorm or room. You are more likely to put an item back in its place if it has a name.

    Additionally, If you need to get your homework assignments and project deadlines organized invest in a bullet journal or a time block planner. You can get a free PDF here. Time blocking helps you decide your priorities of the day and get more accomplished vs. to-do lists that do not have time-bound deadlines.

    To make things easier, create a list of things that need to be done in each room. Then, commit to cleaning one room at a time, and when you’re finished, close the door and move on to the next space. Closing the door to a cleaned room will psychologically give you a sense of accomplishment and motivation for the next room.

    Also, you can set a timer and see how much you can clean in 15 minutes.

    Create a friendly competition with family members or roommates to see who can clean the fastest.

    Put in the effort to put things back in their place- doing this will save you time and energy next time you are looking for missing assignments, homework, or keys.

    Do you struggle with depression and self-care? Depression affects millions of people. If you are struggling with depression, you are not alone. It is estimated that over 17 million people in the US have had at least one major depressive episode. Depression is treatable with self-care, medication, counseling, or a combination of these. Here’s a look at what depression is and two things to start doing that can help your healing.

    What is Depression?

    Depression, also called major depressive disorder, is characterized by sadness, low mood, and a lack of interest in things. But depression is not just being sad. Depression is longer lasting and has a more profound effect on daily life. Commonly, people struggling with depression express feelings of hopelessness. Depression can affect your ability to work, maintain relationships and engage in self-care.

    Some Common Characteristics of Depression Include:

    • Feelings of worthlessness
    • Crying spells
    • Sleeping too much or not enough
    • Changes in eating habits (eating too much or not enough)
    • Fatigue
    • Suicidal thoughts

    What Causes Depression?

    Depression is thought to be caused by a combination of things. There may be biological factors – how systems in the physical bodywork – that make someone more prone to depression. Social factors – our relationships, our family backgrounds, and our place in the world around us – can trigger depression or make recovery from depression more difficult. Our unique personalities – the psychological strengths and challenges we bring, such as how we typically think and how we respond to situations and challenges.     How is Depression Treated?

    Depression can make you feel like it’s impossible to feel better. It can make you feel like you are powerless to ever be any different than you feel now. Depression treatment can include medication, therapy, and self-care. The American Psychiatric Association estimates that 80% of people who seek treatment eventually feel better. Although the recovery process may take months, it is worth it.

    Counseling for depression will often begin with an inventory of your symptoms and a history of your experience with depression. Although every person is different, depression therapy will usually highlight ways of thinking, general attitudes, or even deep-rooted beliefs that are widespread and common among depressed people.

    Depression seems to force us to think of things in an all-or-nothing way. We can see no hope or good in things that once made us feel happy. We see ourselves as worthless, useless, and powerless. While depressive thinking isn’t our ‘fault’, and you are not to blame if you notice your mind going in that direction, there is often great benefit in challenging depressive thinking.

    When depression grabs hold it can be difficult to see things in the way we do when we’re not depressed. You can start working towards a better mood now by doing this simple task.

    Achievement and Gratitude

    To be most effective with this exercise, write down one achievement and something you feel grateful for. On a scale of 1-10 (with 1 being low) rate each one. Rating it on a scale allows us to practice being less ‘all-or-nothing’ in our thinking. Instead of thinking, ‘I didn’t do enough, it doesn’t count,’ the rating system allows us to appreciate that some things deserve credit, even if they aren’t up to the same standard as when we are feeling well.

    Challenging yourself to find an achievement provides a basis to question the feelings of worthlessness and uselessness that fuel depression. Looking for something to be grateful for doesn’t mean that we are ungrateful when suffering from depression. But it does provide a tool to practice healthier styles of thinking by actively looking for something we possibly didn’t notice when depression is narrowing our attention.

    Here Are 3 Tips to Help You Get Started:

    1. Be Patient and Kind to Yourself

    It’s a small task, it’s simple, but internally it’s almost like you are asking yourself to step outside of depression for a moment. And that can be so tough. Be ok with not doing it well. Don’t punish yourself for not doing it every day. it might feel like you don’t push yourself enough, and that if you were better you wouldn’t be having this problem. But the truth is, criticizing yourself won’t help.

    2. Broaden Your Definitions

    What is your definition of achievement? On some days, depression means that just getting up to brush your teeth can be a big achievement. On other days, you might do a lot, but not feel achieved. Are there other things you’ve not noticed before? Use the activity as a tool to break the cycle of depressive thinking.

    3. Actively Experiment and Build on Success

    When possible, add in activities, and plans that could help encourage feelings of gratitude or achievement. They don’t have to be big. Take time for yourself in some way. A moment to appreciate something in the world, even if it’s not perfect.

    Teen years can be challenging. It is normal for a teen to feel sad and irritable at times. However, if the feelings become overwhelming and your teen feels hopeless or helpless, it could be clinical depression.

    Is it a Phase?

    Teen depression is different than temporarily feeling sad. It is a severe and debilitating mood disorder. Depression can affect how you feel, think, and concentrate. Furthermore, it can make everyday functioning more difficult. Teen years can be challenging, but clinical depression goes far beyond moodiness. Many unhealthy and rebellious behaviors in teenagers can indicate depression. It is important to note that depression may not appear as a sad mood for teens. It can also show up as anger or irritability.

    Signs and Symptoms of Depression in Teens:

    • Sadness or hopelessness.
    • Anger or irritability.
    • Difficulty concentrating.
    • Crying spells.
    • Change in school performance.
    • Change in eating or sleeping patterns.
    • Lack of motivation.
    • Feelings of worthlessness.
    • Lack of energy.
    • Unexplained headaches or stomachaches.
    • Thoughts of death or suicide.

    1. How long have the symptoms been present?
    2. How severe are the depression symptoms? How much impact do they have on your teen’s day-to-day life?
    3. How long have these symptoms persisted? Undoubtedly, changes in hormones during the teen years can account for some differences in mood. However, if your teen experiences continued sadness, irritability, or any of the above symptoms, consider having your teen assessed for depression.

    How to Help Your Teen:

    Have an Open Conversation

    Firstly, if you are worried that your teen may be depressed, have an open dialogue about your concerns. Try to come from a place of acceptance and understanding. Let your teen know you have noticed specific depression symptoms, and ask to share what they are going through. Similarly, try to focus on listening, and resist the urge to judge, criticize or try to talk your teen out of depression. Even if their feelings seem irrational to you. Acknowledging the pain and sadness can help your teen feel heard, supported, and open up to you more.

    Encourage Social Connection

    For instance, isolation is a common symptom of depression but can worsen things. Encourage your teen to stay connected by making face-to-face contact a priority. Participate in activities that involve other families. This will allow your teen an opportunity to communicate with others. You can volunteer together, spend time with friends at home, or encourage a favorite social activity of their choosing. The important thing is an opportunity to connect with others, which can act as a natural antidepressant.

    Exercise can increase endorphins, which are natural mood-boosting chemicals in the brain. Exercise doesn’t have to be dull. You can get creative by signing your teen up for kickboxing, roller skating, swimming, bike riding, or skateboarding. Furthermore, as long as your teen is moving, it’s beneficial.

    Limit Screen Time
